I couldn't install the code to integrate my Shopify newsletter and Omnisend, I contacted support and they did it for us that morning. Great support, really fast.

A littble bit expensive,but their service is great,i think i will keep this app on my store to run our email campaigns.

Omnisend customer support is very attentive and quick! I needed help to replace my existing store with a new one. Baarath was very patient and kind and was able to help me with zero issues. :)

I finally decided to try Omnisend for my email marketing after a year using one of the other REALLY big ones out there. Importing a file of my 2000 contacts was a piece of cake. The Omnisend templates and content editor were quite a bit simpler to use and the result...way more professional looking. Experiment over! I'm going with Omnisend.

Great app and good customer support, I had some issue at start but they sorted the issue very quickly.

Hey, your account is active and running smoothly. Temporary pauses can happen when the store is not fully integrated, or if the campaign contains external links not leading to your store. Don't worry, our support representative is reaching out with recommendations to prevent this from happening in the future.

I just used Omnisend for the first time and it was the easiest process! I sent a test to me and some of my friends before sending to suscribers, which was really nice, to get feed back before I sent it out.

We've been working with Omnisend for a couple of years now. The app is fairly intuitive and easy to set up automation and campaigns. Any time we have had questions or issues the response from the team has been prompt and thorough...they have either sorted any issue or explained how we can accomplish whatever it is we are asking.
