Handy tool for small businesses. We only have 3 employees. We're not a traditional Shopify E-commerce store that sells products, instead we sell services, which was tricky finding the right platform and app to support our business model. We found after researching a lot of apps, this was the best fit but it took a lot of cross app-testing and some time. Once we decided it was the right fit for us, we had to learn how to use it. The simplicity of the design interface, the campaigns of both Email and SMS and the ability to set up Automation Workflows has helped us tremendously. In regards to customer service, their support agents are prompt and provide great service. Easy to understand for a non-tech small business owner.
