Great app, super easy to use, great customer service as well (thank you Nikola and Marija)! I've only used it for newsletters and abandoned carts for now. (And the abandoned carts-flow is the reason why I only give four stars, because for the few days I used it, several customers got an abandoned cart email even though they completed their purchase... But they say they are working on the issue.)
I thoroughly enjoyed using Omnisend as it was easy to use and allowed me to create a good looking email for free. I am a fan of some of their premium features and may consider upgrading in the future.

I would like to express my gratitude to Sanya, Joy, and the entire dedicated staff who have provided me with valuable assistance and support in the past. The template used for this application has proven to be highly beneficial, although there are certain areas that require further enhancements. Furthermore, the pricing structure appears to be somewhat ambiguous, necessitating specific inquiries regarding all price calculations, particularly in cases where a significant number of subscribers is involved.
It is a good app. It makes the job. Waiting the possibility to add email adress manually one by one. I recommend thanks a lot
We switched to Omnisend about 6 months ago in order to integrate our sales site with our email platform, and it's made an incredible difference. The ability to see direct sales from each email we send and develop a strategy from these results has been very impactful. The support team is always very responsive, helpful, kind, and communicative. There have been recent reporting & platform enhancements, which have been awesome! I still feel that there's room for improvement on the reporting and capabilities side, but am hopeful that these will be implemented due to how often they push new releases!
It's a great app and a very useful tool. One problem I have with it is the fact that you can only remove omnisend branding if you pay the premium subscription as apposed to the free version. Small startups like myself sometimes are nervous when adding another subscription service in order to keep their break even low, and I can't seem to find a way to make my emails look professional with their branding at the bottom. Message to the people who run this app: Please would you find another incentive for consumers to subscribe to the premium service instead of compulsory branding at the bottom of the templates; I plan on upgrading my plan soon, I just want some time to establish the revenue structure of my business before I commit to another subscription service, but the same time I really need my email marketing campaigns to look 100% professional. If this changes I'll give this app 5 stars.
Customer service is really good at responding in a timely manner so kudos for that. In saying that, the 2 areas that really need improvement are the Landing Page as there are no real customization options to make it look and feel like a part of your store and the features are very limited.
But the biggie is that the new customers that purchase from the store are not automatically uploaded as one would expect, to the respective categories such as 'Subscriber' or 'Purchased'. They have to be manually added to the categories, which is very time consuming especially when a large number of orders come in. Upon contacting customer service about this issue, the reply was: "We would recommend deleting all 3 contacts from Omnisend -> go back to Shopify and place a test order for all 3 contacts. This should help to push order data to Omnisend. If this does not help - we'll need to re-sync from our side. Please attach a screenshot where we can see all customers / orders count and order details in such case. " Why would we take the time to place test orders in hopes it would synch or why would we need to send our customers confidential order information?! Omnisend I hope you fix this as this is fundamental to the service you should provide. At the very least it should be. Otherwise the app is nice to use.
I new user of this app, it seems good but will see how much it is useful.
