Just started using this app but so far so good. Love the fact that you can add producst from your store to the campaign, that's so perfect!

I used this app to install a pop-up and abandoned cart emails. You can really create beautiful designs with this. Works great!

I havent tried to much yet, but it looks good, was quick to setup, and an easy interface, i hope this will help things get easier

I have grown to change my mind on this app. It is really rare that happens too as usually you get what you get. This app is different. Give it time. That is the best advice I can give you about it IF you happen to be questioning it. They come with new features so much it refreshes you and excites your campaigns, and there is support, no matter what, anytime. I don't think they ever not responded. I'm tired of apps not responding and I feel stuck in the fees I've paid without being able to utilize all of the app. That is non-existent here. All in all, I won't move, and I'm growing so much every day and still will remain.

I've been reaching out to the Omnisend support team for help. By far, there was no response at all, not even an automated response (I thought they were the experts on this).

12.15 update: Baarath from live chat solved my problem really quickly. If you suffer from a non-response problem like me, give up emailing and talk to them on live chat.

Been using it from September of this year. Easy to use. No problems. The upgrade is worth the price if you have a customer base of over 50 people. I recommend it. GET THIS APP.

I think its a pretty good app! but I would like if the text could allow us to change the alignments like (left, center, right) and the fonts for all the titles etc. This will make the app more useful and creative. But I do enjoy using it.

I find that the Omnisend Marketing App fits my needs for marketing my site extremely well. I use it mainly for newsletters and when I had a problem recently I emailed the Support team and within the hour, the lovely Olesia replied with her helpful suggestions which worked!

I use this app to remind my clients about servicing and new products. It's easy to use once you have played with it for a while.

I've updated my review to 4 stars. After all Omnisend proved that they value every customer and make every effort to find a solution for customer's needs. Despite all the problems we had - they made a lot of effort to fix it. Really appreciated.

The price increase your account has experienced is solely related to the huge increase of your subscriber list - from 2900 subscribers to 22100 subscribers.
We truly understand that learning a new tool takes time and we don't want to lose you, so no worries, we will happily find the best solution to meet your needs, our support team is already reaching out to you about this situation.
On a quick note, Omnisend has a lot more to offer than Privy, we offer SMS service; advanced automation flows, such as cart, browse and product abandonment, contact enters/exits the segment flow and more; other channels and complex segmentation to target your customers - so a lot more benefits in just one app!
