Omnisend Email Marketing & SMS

I am an experienced email marketing campaigner, and I have previously used MailChimp and other integrated solutions. Overall I found the experience of working with Soundest to be superior in several ways, including:
- easy to work with simple layouts with clean graphics and fonts
- integration of mail lists -- including the wizard which sends out a batch of emails to test the delivery functionality
- straightforward online chat customer support

Most importantly is the 'OPEN' and 'CLICK' rate. My open rate is far superior to Mailchimp open rate, and the click thru rate to sales orders is better as well.

Seeing a graphic representation of what features were clicked and how many times is also very important and useful. I am planning to use Soundest in both my Shopify and external API integrations -- I am very pleased with the results!

I had a hard time working out the kinks in my SMS Text to Join automation and Kristina was patient, communicated effectively, and personable! She resolved my issue perfectly! I was considering deleting the app until she came in and saved the day!

Absolutely amazing what your team has done with this app. The app has always been awesome and pretty to use. With the new update, it simply became the best app on Shopify - A must-have!

Easy to use, set up a campaign within minutes, detailed reporting and more.

The only thing I noticed was the missing "line" option. Before the update, when customising a campaign/newsletter, users could add a line spacer under an image or a text. However, that option is now missing. We only have the spacer option.

Nonetheless, great app overall.

This is a really good platform. Very easy to use and lots of options to make great e-mail campains.
