Super app, super responsive CS. I highly Recommend!
i would recomend it to a freind.
Was my first time picking up email marketing and the site is super easy to navigate and set things up. Responsive design and convenient features give you a good sense of how your segments and flows are doing. Where omnisend lacks in some features that come with other platforms, they make up for with phenomenal and lightening fast customer support. Any missing features have been supposedly passed onto the tech team so I'm curious as to their speed for pushing out new features according to customer feedback.
Omnisends automation features are extremely beneficial for our guiding traction to our e-comm website!
Hi, I have two e-commerce platforms and i use Soundest in both! Great app, it works very well, cool user experience, intuitive and easy to use. Yes i will recommend it to a friend. Go Soundest, go easy! :)

At first it was difficult as my Shopify email wasn't showing that I'd verified, but the Omnisend and Shopify teams were all very helpful so now I can get started. Thank you. :)
I was looking for something to help me manage my emails to my costumers, I have been using their app for a short period of time but so far so good. Also they have a great support to guide you !!
So far so good. I'm figuring it out. We'll see what happens I guess. It's no wonder people fail at this stuff!
So far so good. Really like the ease of making a new campaign. Very intuitive. Still learning how to make segments and use them but I feel sure they will open up new opportunities for us. The only hiccup I've found so far is in using a new signup form. My hope was that I could use a sign-up form (for an event) to go directly into a particular segment (those people who will be attending the event) but that doesn't seem to be the case. Doesn't seem to work if the person has already signed up for something previously. I used my own email address to try and the new event signup form just said I was already on the list. When I went to my segments, it didn't show that I had signed up for the event at all. I guess it can't duplicate? I suppose I get why but sure did put a cramp in my main reason for choosing Omnisend (i.e. the signup options). Ah well. I guess I will have to figure out some manual work-around. Too bad too because that would be an incredibly useful function!
Thank you for such detailed feedback, we truly appreciate it! Actually, we think we found a workaround where you can tag the contacts that subscribe using your event form. The tag should also be added for the contacts that are already subscribed! Xenia from support is reaching out to you with a detailed guidelines on how to achieve this :)
Just started using this app. had trouble navigating through omnisend, Nikola was really kind and helpful in assisting and resolving my problem. It would be great if in case like a newbie like me whom had skipped the goals that there's a way for the goals to be redisplayed. Thank you
