I recently encountered a technical issue while trying to set up my sender domain for my CS email address. To my surprise, even though it was the weekend, the customer service agent (Sila) quickly stepped in and assisted me. She were incredibly responsive and knowledgeable, guiding me through the entire process and ensuring that my issue was resolved promptly.
