The app and layout is very well organized with a clean interface and their chat support is quick to respond with helpful advice and great articles to do a deeper dive into best practices. I have been loving Omnisend for all my automated emails and newsletters and their pricing is affordable. Their support is amazing, always able to solve my problem or at least find a work around. I chatted with Deniz today and he promptly solved my issue for me.

At first I wasnt sure to be honest. My response rates were low and I was curious if it was Omnisend or something else. After going through all their materials, I realized I was not set up properly, my email and URL's were not properly verified and so much more.

I really like Omnisend as it fully integrates into my store. I can easily set up the work flows I want for reminders, cart abandonment, and much more. I do not really use their email templates as I prefer a simpler style, but they have a ton of templates and I have found everything is easily editable.

I tested a couple other solutions and while really this is proably accurately a 4.7 app (as the collective reviews shows, I only have 4 or 5 star choices. As such I am going with the higher number. I definitely recommend to try it and not give up on it.

I have tried multiple email services, but this one so far is the best customer support, and I love that it includes SMS. It integrates easily, and the features are awesome. I used to have multiple apps for various features I wanted on my website, but this one has everything. Customizing is also simple, and scheduling is easy, which is one thing I was looking for!

I must say I am super impressed with Omnisend, and I am so glad I chose them for my email marketing! I'm not very good with technology and was having an issue connecting my account to my domain. Kayque was very helpful (and patient!) and stayed with me until I got it all figured out! Great company, great product, and great customer service!
