I wanted to give a special thanks to Mariia, she helped me so much to solve my problems with the DNS of my email domain, and made me feel supported in every step of the process. It's so rare to find someone that dedicated and capable. As for Omnisend, it has been my choice for a long time now, simple and streamlined, suitable especially for not too pretentious users like me.

I'm very happy with Omnisend. I was using the service on my Big Commerce store and, subsequently, continued with them when we migrated over to Shopify. Saleh was the best! he was extremely kind, patient and helpful. I haven't experienced anyone help out quite as much as Saleh did. He 100% needs to be recognized for this as he saved omnisend a customer since we were exploring other options to find what we needed. Saleh let me know that I can get it done with omnisend.
