Omnisend Email Marketing & SMS

Omnisend is the best email marketing apps hands down! Nikola guided me very thoroughly and was being very helpful. I couldn't find any other apps that better than Omnisend.

Pretty easy to use. Could use a little help with the mobile design part of it. I cannot add different blocks to my campaigns on my Ipad, requiring me to use my computer. Other than that small inconvenience, the app is amazing for email marketing.

So far this has been a very easy-to-use app and it is so fast to use and generate really nice emails. I am very happy with this app and would highly recommend it. We are new to email marketing and I am grateful this is so easy and user friendly for a non-tech person like me. Smoothe and easy integration.

Email marketing solutions have come a long way. Found using the Omnisend app and its Shopify integration as intuitive as can be. Setting up a campaign is as easy as setting up an ecard. Only area for improvement I would love to see, is version history for the template I’m customizing and an easier way to revert to previous state and/or insert standard blocks - Drag and drop from block library didn't work on iOS Chrome and iOS Safari doesn’t allow adding products from the store UI via the product wizard. But those are easy quirks to work around. Awesome app.

Great app and the customer service is amazing. They are quick to respond and answer any questions you have. Should out to Salma for all the help.

The app is easy to use and has great customer service.
I am still on the free plan for the moment, so there is no live chat, but they do respond pretty quickly via email, and Melanie has been very helpful.
Update: I used it for a while now on the Standard plan, and it's pretty good, and customer service with the live chat is great!

Just starting out with the app but the customer service help has been awesome. They answered my questions quickly and with images which helped clear any confusion I had about the setup. 10/10 would recommend!
