We have been using Omnisend for years now for our ecommerce store. We are very pleased with the email design, segmentation, automation capabilities and what's more they also have an excellent customer service. Most recently I needed to reach out to their customer support team regarding a new form I was building and Maria was an absolute superstar to answer all my questions in no time.
I just started using this app and so far every problem I ran into customer service has been such a big help literally every step of the way. Seriously 5 stars to customer service thank you Maria!

Beran is a great help! I had some issues with the email marketing campaign and its automation. But Beran was able not only to identify issues but also to record his screen and provide me with solutions in seconds. Well done, Beran! :)

I had an issue setting up the new requirements for email marketing and received extremely fast and helpful service from Baarath. A great program with great support.
I am extremely impressed with Omnisend, even though I'm a website designer I have no experience with Shopify, so this is my first Shopify store. I was really dreading the back-end stuff like email automations, but setting up Omnisend was sooo easy! It took me literally less than an hour to configure and design every workflow and automation emails, which look amazing!
I also had a positive experience with the support team member called Kayque, I used the live chat at like 1 am and was given advice within 5 mins. He also checked up on me the next day to make sure I was good, which is probably the first time that has happened with any service. So overall super impressed with Omnisend, and I'm very comfortable with interface already, looking forward to growing my business with Omnisend.
Dilara not only helped my sort my issues setting up my first email but she sent me a screen recording to visually walk me through the whole process. Excellent customer service!! Very happy I've made the change

I've always been a little bit overwhelmed by email softwares. I'm getting myself more involved with my email campaigns and so far, OmniSend delivers on it's promises. The real fear is to hit the Send button... but that's not their fault. It's my own insecurities. I recently had to contact support because one of my forms was not saving properly and got excellent support from Didem. My form was missing an essential block and it got solved hands on. I have used this email service for over 4 years and it is SO user friendly. The customer service is also TOP NOTCH. I'm not very computer literate, so when something needs to be programmed, I need to be walked through like a baby. Recently, Didem was INSANELY patient as they walked me step by step with updating my domain. They were AMAZING!!
Karine helped us troubleshoot our first campaign, even provided step to step instruction on how to fix discount block, very quick response.
