I migrated from another email marketing platform to omnisend and I couldn't be happier! Omninsend has a very fair price for the features that offer. Besides, the customer service is amazing - I had contact with Mariia and she was super approachable and kind explaining everything in detail and with print screens so I understand what she means. 5 stars and super recommended!

I love omnisend. I've tried other email services and prefer Omnisend to them all. Their interface is easy to understand and there's not much you can't do. Their customer service is also excellent.

They now use a bot for their support model AND YOU CAN'T REACH ANYONE TO ACTUALLY HELP YOU. I've tried for a week to get someone to answer my questions, the bot just blocks me and they NEVER email back, as the bot claims they will. If you are a small business BEWARE of this organization. Their customer support is lacking and they will not help you. I've been trying to adjust my subscription but ...

I had issues with SPF verification and Sanya was very helpful. The problem was resolved in very little time without keeping me waiting. Thank you for the recommendations too.
