I had such a great experience with Sanya from customer service! They were incredibly helpful and got straight to the point, which I really appreciated. Not only did they address my questions quickly and clearly, but they also went above and beyond by providing me with some really useful resources and help me verify some stuff right away. I was having an issue with verifying my DNS, so I contacted them by simply replying to one of their emails and Kayque quickly responded and assisted me with solving my issue. I was able to get everything up and running smoothly with no issues. I have been using omnisend for almost 4 years now and I love this company. Customer service is top tier, pricing is good and I am a satisfied client.

Moved to this from shopify email. Its amazing platform with its own features and mess. However, its customer support is amazing man! They're always ready to help you out. Recently, I had an issue with the domain related things and this agent Maria helped me out in a few minutes. She was outstanding, smart, and knowledgeable. I'm looking forward to this platform.

helped me with linking my omnisend to shopify. This was smooth process. Dilara at omnisend offered great service. The response time was quick and she walked me through the process to get my email/sms setup. The customer service was great

Learning anything new can be challenging, but when you have the support of a good team, like that at Omnisend, it helps reduce the frustration and learning curve! Sometimes it's the simplest things that trip us up, but the folks at Omnisend treat each concern as priority and offer their support in any way. Saleh was the best! he was extremely kind, patient and helpful. I haven't experienced anyone help out quite as much as Saleh did. He 100% needs to be recognized for this as he saved omnisend a customer since we were exploring other options to find what we needed. Saleh let me know that I can get it done with omnisend.

I've been using this app for a few months now and it's been great. I have used a few different email automation apps in the past, and they were clunky to work with or didn't have the features I needed.

Today, I was trying to do something with my audience segments and couldn't figure it out on my own. I reached out to the customer service chat for help, not really expecting to get more than what I found in the troubleshooting articles.

But I was pleasantly surprised!

Kayque was incredibly patient while helping me figure out some logistics when it came to sign-up forms and audience segments. In the end, we were able to find a resolution for my inquiry. He answered all my questions and didn't quit until we figured it out together. I appreciate his determination to ensure I had all the info I needed to achieve my goal.
