Excellent app. Perfect for stores selling physical goods. Layouts are great and allow for a lot of flexibility. We've been using this for months and have never had a problem.
After my first time of using Soundest I knew that it would be a great asset to our company needs. It's user friendly and it contains great tutorials. I recommend it to all Shopify customers!
I've had some frustrations over the last couple of years with this app, but they are constantly trying to make improvements-- some are helpful, some not so much. I really appreciate the responsive customer support. Pretty easy to use once you get the hang of it.
After trying a few email programs, I can honestly say we like this one the best!

Omni send is an easy app for Email marketing. We've got always help when we need it. Especially their staff Matija is amazing. He solved all the problems! Thank you!
We used a different app for our email marketing but due to cost we switched to Soundest. We sent out the first campaign today and so far, so good ;-) The setup was easy, the e-commerce integration worked well, and the app does what we need. We are pleased that the cost is appropriate for the available features. The customer service is very helpful and responsive. We are glad we make the transition and give Soundest high marks.
Beyond angry at this moment. I had this app loaded into my Shopify store and had added all my contacts a few years ago from multiple sources, with much difficulty, and because I was mostly brick and mortar had not used them for some time. although I was able to go in there and tool around not so long ago. Yesterday I tried to log into my account to create a campaign and found they had deleted my account along with the carefully collected and edited contacts, that also had been unsubscribed if needed etc. I received no courtesy emails letting me know they were doing this, was not given the opportunity to confirm my I wanted to keep my account, or access my lists before they did this. It may be a good app but I am moving on, not feeling the love at all after this, it has set me back days on launching a campaign, as I am now forced to start from scratch.

As per our terms of use, we delete the inactive accounts after four months due to data protection. We can see on our end that you last logged in into this account in July 2019.

This app is so easy to use it's ridiculous! Fast, clean, ability to edit text, pictures, add links etc., it has it all. Fully automated, it's going to make communication with my customers a breeze. A must have app!
