Just installed, set it up, and sent my first email. Extremely easy and user friendly. We shall see what time reveals but it looks like this one will definitely work

Great support experience, we imported our customers in shopify but got all set to unsubscribed, which is not what we wanted.
With omnisend and the helpful support we could easily solve that and import it there to use our customer base for email sendouts.

I love the campaign templates, they are so easy to use and the reports dashboard is awesome, very good app design, you can copy campaigns which will save you a ton of time and you can target specific subscribers to get your email.

I am very happy with Omnisend and how their customer service (Silvia was awesome) has treated me. Quick to respond and friendly. Eager to help and answer any questions to resolve the matter. Being somewhat savvy with computers but no Einstein, I find that the platform is easy to follow and very well put together

I am using this app to grow my small business, and love it so far! There is a tiny learning curve, but that was expected! They give lots of great ideas/ templates for you to work with, which really allows you to grow and get used to making your own designs! Looking for to my future with Omnisend!
app team deleted my account with 3 days email notice while i still have many campaigns left , the app is not fully integrated with shopify you have to make separated omni account if you don't use it (but still using your store) they will deleted the SMS does not work max 5% will be delivered (tried 2 times)
it's a rip off my reports and credit were lost

We are removing accounts six months after the last login. According to our database, the last login on your store was on February 21st, and we informed you on August 21st of the possible account removal. Please note that we are sending a 14-day notice and two additional reminders about the account deletion. Simply log in to your Omnisend account, as instructed in the emails, to avoid account termination. We can see that all three emails were successfully delivered to your inbox.
Also, please note that you only need a single brand in Omnisend to have complete Shopify integration; there is no need to create a separate account for it.
We can see that you sent two SMS campaigns in 2021; our support representative has already reached out to you with additional information on this matter.
