Omnisend Email Marketing & SMS

Excellent! Just created my first email campaign.

Great app for the busy people running a business. I often forget to do a newsletter but with this app I can plan ahead and keep things running smoothly!!

only just started using this app but already love it. It is so much easier to use then my last email app

Soundest has solved so many of the problems that we had with setting up Email Marketing for our Shopify store. Many of the other apps that we have tried before were often too complicated (Features Not focused on ecommerce!) and needed too many additional steps to get started.
Soundest worked right out of the box! They also have amazing customer service! Fast Response times (Less than 10 mins on average).

Unfortunately terrible customer service. Have contacted them 5 times via email and chat with no reply. We build stores for a range of clients and need support across all of our clients email accounts. DO NOT USE - Klaviyo support is a million times more helpful. Although Klaviyo may be missing a few features we wanted for our clients, support is essential for any business and Omnisend has zero.
