Luiz was super helpful. He was able to transfer my SMS credits over to my balance in just a couple of emails. The service still has to improve before it's completely user friendly but it does 95% of what you'd want.
Easy to understand, get the hang of it right away, easy to customize and make it your own look even with template, saved me tons of time. Would like to make the image quality rendering better, and modify the templates to be a bit cleaner.

I had a bit of trouble with my set up. The Omnisend team was quick to help and follow up. Their templates are very nice and look professional.
Deniz at Omnisend was very helpful in explaining how to correct some discount errors in one of my automations.
A great platform for email marketing. The UI/UX Design is very friendly, easy to navigate and creates layouts just by dragging and quick add. My favourite feature is the Live View in Dashboard where I can track my live users. Also, the customer live service is very supportive, especially Luiz. Highly recommend the app!
I'd give Omnisend five stars but it is limited in functionality and flexibility compared to other email autoresponders such as Aweber and GetResponse. If you want to integrate with third party marketing and lead generation apps you should be aware that Omnisend can't provide basic html form code to connect with those that don't have api level integration with Omnisend (and very few non-Shopify apps do).
All other 'mainstream' autoresponders that I'm aware of provide this basic ability including Aweber, Mailchimp, GetResponse, Active Campaign, Sendlane, Drip, iConnect etc.
However, for Shopify stores that don't need to integrate with other marketing apps, Omnisend is the easiest route to take, and Omnisend seem committed to adding new features and improving the app over time.
This app is awesome. It saves time, as they say it does, and it improves revenue, as they say it does. Woohoo!
I'm looking for the app to grow. First request would be that images pulled from the product picker link back to the product listing, just as the buy now button does, and that we have an option to edit that link if for some reason we want it to link somewhere else.

So far so good!! I've switched over from Klaviyo because the UX is SOOO much better and that alone makes me want to use this app a lot more, which means that I'll probably get more out of it! Really easy to create workflows and campaigns. I love how easy it was to create segments. So far, I wish I could upload my brand fonts (maybe I can and I just haven't figured that out yet?) and I'm hopeful that there could be a button/ section added where I can link Smile.io and Judge.me directly in the email rather than just having those integrations for audience segments. Great app so far!
Regarding the price is ok but not ok for the functions. Support tries to help but they can't do anything technical for us and don't give ETA to have this functionalities available. The app itself has potential and i will change my review as soon as they work their problems.

Indeed, at this moment, Omnisend has two Email Builders. The New Builder provides more customization options and ease of use, whereas the Classic Builder offers a larger selection of building blocks.
Despite being more advanced than the Classic Editor, the New Editor is still in development, and some features are not yet available. Our developers are aware of the missing blocks and are working to bridge the gap between the two editors.
Meanwhile, we recommend taking a look at the Product Recommender block. It will dynamically display the products in accordance with the selected rule.

Really good app, I have been using it for one year and I can definitely say it is way better than Mailchimp. Many options to choose from and very good, detailed insights.
The only thing it could be improved is the customer service though. At times you have to wait long before an agent takes on the conversation. I had to also explain my issue several times when agents switched as their shift was over and it is pretty frustrating when you need your problem to be solved as quickly as possible. Nevertheless, I recommend this app.
