I would like to express my gratitude to Sanya, Joy, and the entire dedicated staff who have provided me with valuable assistance and support in the past. The template used for this application has proven to be highly beneficial, although there are certain areas that require further enhancements. Furthermore, the pricing structure appears to be somewhat ambiguous, necessitating specific inquiries regarding all price calculations, particularly in cases where a significant number of subscribers is involved.

Every day I'm liking this more and more! Am new to shopify so still learning but the support guys for this app are great at explaining stuff. And quick!

I saw one recent review gave a poor rating because they can't share campaigns as this is what I wanted to do too. Well you CAN share campaigns!

So far the App does exactly what I expected. I can't wait to have it help me with conversions

1- They charged for SMS and their SMS doesn't even work in the UAE. I requested a refund and they never replied back. and again I got charged for 2nd month.

2- the welcome discount generated for use of signup is a complete disaster! if you have sales on your store the new user will get additional discounts and you will end up losing so much money as there's no way to control the code they generate.

I downloaded this app to help with a customised email confirmation for one of the products available to purchase on my website. I've contacted support twice now with general enquiries and they have got back to me really quickly and been super helpful. Would highly recommend this app!
