horrible couldn't connect to the store. customer support did not reach out to me. they say its a simple set-up but my situation was anything but simple

They found out that the issue is stemming from the custom theme that you're using with the store. Please reach out to the theme developer for more insights on the issue.

We switched from mailchimp to omnisend when the mailchimp / shopify integration ended. So far, we have been pleased with everything omnisend has to offer / the transition has been seamless.
I love this app because it offers a very simple and easy to use interface. On top of that they have wonderful customer services and offer free training on maximizing your email marketing efforts.

Got lots of sales. Only comment would be that the cart recovery email timings are could do with some flexibility.
Not being very tech savy I found this app amazing to use, compared to previous apps. It's made sending emails a pleasure not a chore. I recommend this app
The dashboard and UI are amazing and intuitive to use. I had some questions regarding the flow and double opt-in and Sanya was able to resolve them for me very quickly. Great app and team overall
