Top support! super quick and efficient. Olesia has been of tremendous help in solving a critical issue we were having with email verification.
Andrés was very helpful, fast support it was 3 am he helped. i thought we are the only ones who did that.
Usefull if you are starting out because their support team is great and 24/7. Have a lovely experience with Baarath and he guide me through heaps of stuff.

Really easy to use and navigate, however would be great if the emails from campaigns wouldn't end up in spam...

Sorry, that you had issues with your campaigns. Emails might land in spam if you are just switching the service providers. Please reach out to support@omnisend.com and we will share our recommendations and find a solution for you!

Excellent tool for creating email marketing campaign and is easy to use. Highly recommend - 4 star rating is mostly because I never give 5 stars unless I am blown away. Not much blows me away though.
So far the app has been great. I have also reached out to support, and received the best support I've ever experienced. All my questions were answered within minutes by Baarath. Highly recommended.

Initial customer support was slow, and they passed me through a couple different people who didn't seem to know how to solve my problem, which was frustrating. Thankfully though, they put me in touch with Luiz, one of their tech support crew, who sat with me for an hour and helped me figure out the problem with my newsletter form. Give them a try!
