Omnisend Email Marketing & SMS

The app is pretty awesome, very easy to use like Mailchimp. Everything was going great, and I was loving the app. That is until I sent my very first Email to the subscribers Soundest gathered from our Shopify store customers. I've been using Mailchimp for years and never had an issue. However, with my first email with this App, it was stopped after about 20 minutes, because of poor metrics??? Like I said, never had an issue with my Mailchimp account, or poor metrics. I was considering ditching Mailchimp and using this as my new Newsletter program, but I don't know now. I have a huge list in Mailchimp that I haven't even imported yet. I only sent the email to what Soundest gathered from our shopify customers as a test. Anyway, disappointing, really like this app's features.

This app is much better than Mailchimp, I can do so much more. They have great customer service that response right away. I recommend this app and it's a low monthly fee.

Great for email campaigns! Really easy to use interface that gets the job done quickly. Haven't used all the features yet, but excited to keep trying them out.

A pretty positive start!
Just installed Omnisend and had a few issues with setup (our lack of technical expertise was the problem not Omnisend). Diego, in support, was knowledgeable, helpful and fast! It's rare these days for most live chat agents to actually provide real support, AND have the right answers 'out of the gate', but that's exactly what we received. It makes a big difference starting out with a new application knowing that someone is there to help 24/7, instead of having to wait until the next business day.
Diego made the somewhat scary switch from our previous (well known) email marketing service to Omnisend a lot easier.

Omnisend is super straightforward and intuitive (and I am not techy at all). I was eager to get a welcome pop up on my website to grow my email list. I was able to get it working with my brand colors within 15 mins. I was also having trouble getting my email domain to translate for emails sent through Omnisend. Baarath from the Omnisend Support Team walked me through it through the chat function and had it fixed within 10 mins! HIGHLY recommend this app for your email marketing needs!

The support team is always one of the best SAAS customer support teams I have dealt with! They respond quickly and will work with you; supplying screen recordings/screen shots to aid in discussion. Additionally, they are always working their best to create a solution to your need. I was adding a 3rd website to their platform and ran into some challenges with their pricing due to the way the third website was set up/grew overtime. Kamilia added my account to a new BETA pricing model that better aligned with our business needs, permitting us to cost effectively migrate to Omnisend for this storefront.
If you have not tried Omnisend I would suggest you give it a try! Their pricing is really good especially if you're looking to grow/target SMS. Additionally, you can see a lot of foundational work being done on the platform that is going to upgrade it from its already solid state to a future knockout!!!

First time using Omnisend and I can already tell how user friendly this email marketing service is. I had some questions setting up the automation and Daryna was super helpful in providing support, working through our specifications and issues were resolved quickly and efficiently.

When I learned that MailChimp was no longer available through Shopify, I panicked because I hadn't done any research on other email providers. I'm beyond thrilled with my switch to Omnisend. Not only are the features so much better, but their service is top notch. Love how professional my emails look and how easy it is to customize them. The migration process was insanely easy. I highly recommend if you are looking to make the switch!
