Pretty easy to use, and the themes are nice.
Especially those pop up sign up form, the main reason I switch to Omnisend from Mailchimp.... Wish they will keep improving.

I would definitely recommend this application. It's very simple to use. The themes are professional looking and there are several different options. I haven't upgraded to the paid version yet but the free version is all I need at the moment. I am very satisfied with the outcome.

This was a bait and switch for me. The details talk about being an all in one email platform but thats not true. If you want to send an informational email, you can't, if you want to send a thank you email, you can't, if you want to include only a video, you can't.
This app requires me to include a product in every email that I send. When I asked for help I was rudely informed that this platform is meant for businesses with more products than I have. It really turned me off and made me feel like a second rate business owner. Their customer services handled this really poorly.

Absolutely fantastic support with this app. definitely a credit to my store. Needed some help getting things set up right and the support team were so easy to communicate with and very knowledgeable.

Omnisend makes customizing communications very simple while providing some serious services! The automation feature highlights "workflows" that we didn't even know we needed--and that are much appreciated. The ability to integrate product information so elegantly and easily into communications makes this app a Stand Out. Would definitely recommend to anyone who focuses on customer communication but is not a techie.
