I had to make a switch when Shopify & MailChimp got into a ridiculous argument over data privacy. That's when I discovered Omnisend: worth every single penny! Haven't had any issues, it's very user-friendly and their support has always been very quick and effective. I'd definitely recommend it.

01/15/23 I had a concern about automation using the old email builder and what I needed to do as far as transferring to the new email builder, Diego did a great job of the show and tell and explaining how to make the transition. Again, I'm happy I chose Omnisend instead of another company.
09/26/2022 Update: Another awesome experience with support today. I was having a hard time understanding how to increase the number of automation flows without spamming. Diego had a lot of patience and helped me understand how to set the flows up without causing issues. Thanks, Diego!
06/29/2022 Update: Had the pleasure of working with Bassma today. I was having a hard time understanding the methodology of multiple automation flows and Bassma did an excellent job of explaining it. Once again, I was happy to have chosen Omnisend. 05/25/2022 Update: Once again I was paired with two great team members (Kristina and Baarath) who helped guide me through the process. I am so glad we chose Omnisend! Mike After realizing I had not written a review about my experiences with Omnisend since signing on, I felt compelled to do so today. After spending the better part of a month reading all the reviews, articles, and whatever else I could get my hands on. The decision was made to go with Omnisend about two years ago. While other platforms at the time may have had shinier objects to offer, the professionalism this team exhibited is second to none. I am a little older than most (60+) and have been in retail (brick and mortar) all of my life, so I look for things most do not. Each feature this group rolls out is organized, well thought out, and in the customer's best interest. Omnisend has figured out what most will never will. The secret of success is not expecting your customers to cater to you but to them! No, customers are not always right, but they are a necessary evil for survival. I wish I could remember everyone's name that has helped me get over all of the obstacles I put them through over the last two years; Kristina was my angel for this day; thank you, Kristina, for making me feel like a VIP (Very Important Person) today!
So helpful with our store and very user-friendly. The interface is clean and straightfoward, not clunky and "ugly" like the other ones you've seen. Their support staff is great as well. Quick to reply (within reasonable hours of course) and very helpful! It's crazy how much you get for free. I would definitely recommend this to anyone needing email marketing - even newbies! They lay everything out for you.
Salma was a great help. She helped me understand how I'm being billed and was able to confirm things I was questioning. She was very professional and helpful.

While the app is fantastic, what sets it apart from the rest of what we've tried/used is the customer service. Anytime I need a hand with anything whatsoever, someone to help is just minutes away. I also have an awesome rep, Danielle Heck, who helps us weekly with everything from a business overview, technical troubleshooting, new tips and tricks, features, etc. Hands down, great decision.

I really loved to use this App, it is very user friendly, very oriented to make our life easier avoiding the struggle understating the tools (Love the User Interface and User experience), very straight forward without spending so much time trying to understand all the logic behind, something to help you do it quick and effective without losing half of your day!
