The best platform EVER! I have been using Omnisend for a number fo years now and I have always been so impressed with the platform. When I have experienced a little issue (which has been probably once in this time I have been using the platform) they have been incredibly helpful in getting it resolved for me. Thank you Omnisend, I can't tell you how much time you save me in building emails (because its so easy) and how much you have helped grow my business. Thank you!

I’ve been using Omnisend for my Shopify store since mid-2023, scaling my business and upgrading my plans as we grew. Like any complex software, there are occasional technical hiccups or features you wish worked slightly differently, but what truly sets Omnisend apart is their phenomenal customer support.

Recently, I had some complex concerns regarding my account, UI, and some specific workflows. Instead of giving me generic copy-paste replies, the support team (huge shoutout to Mariia, Eduarda, Kayque, and Emna!) actually listened, escalated my case, and worked with me to find a solution that proved they genuinely value long-term, loyal customers.

The automations are powerful, the email builder does the job, but knowing there are real, empathetic humans behind the chat who care about your business makes all the difference. Highly recommended for any serious e-commerce brand that wants a partner, not just a tool.

Their fast and knowledgeable customer service has made integrating their marketing a lot easier than other options. It's also great to have a free option to start with while growing a business that can later sustain the paid tiers it will need.

We had a complex technical setup involving multiple domains (.de and .com) and custom Shopify Flows. Johnny from the support team was incredibly patient and professional. He helped us debug the logic and verify our DNS settings until everything worked perfectly. The 24/7 support is a game-changer for international stores. Highly recommended!

Great app, I really like it! Thiago was there to answer my question quickly and I really appreciate it. I also like their webinars, they are very useful and fun.

The only thing that I would like to be added is sending SMS campaigns based on my subscriber's time zone instead of mine, and I hope this will be added in the near future.

We’ve been with Omnisend for over five years now, and honestly, it’s become such a core part of how we grow. Every time I reach out to support, I feel genuinely taken care of. Omnisend has been a breeze and a huge breath of fresh air since we started to use it.

We come from Klaviyo, and now we regret spending so much time, energy, lost nights and even money (although the money is the least important part) with Klaviyo, which is an outdated, clunky, and nearly impossible to use app (due to it's counterintuitiveness).

But, in a way, I don't regret trying Klaviyo because now I know that I haven't missed anything by moving away from Klaviyo. So, if you're unsure, if you see most people online recommending Klaviyo, I say go for it, try it for yourselves for a couple of months, and then try Omnisend.
- and I say this as a marketing manager working in marketing for nearly 20 years now.

Klaviyo may be marginally more powerful in a few aspects, specifically, some extra segmentation features, and some extra flow logics and triggers/hooks - but these extra things are so marginal that you'll probably never use them unless you're some sort of a large corporate brand selling over multiple markets/countries, and coming up with some unnecessarily complicated campaign logics.

Omnisend can do 90-95% of all that already, and they're improving every day.

As a store and business owner, you'll spend most of your time in the marketing platform. If that's not a pleasure to work with, then you'll curse yours days. Omnisend will make you love your job again - that nice and easy and straightforward is to work with it.

Omnisend's customer service is top. Always available within minutes, and always knowleadgeable and helpful. Klaviyo, literally, has no customer service (despite claiming they're the more advanced solution, and charging a higher premium for their service) other than 24 hour email - and most of the times they just give you basic/generic links to their help files, or just outright tell you they can't help you and that you need to hire your own developer or whatever - unnaceptable.

Not to mention that Omnisend is fairly more affordable, and offers a much better deal on SMS plans too.

Omnisend is, literally, the backbone of my store and business now - and once the automations are set up (we have about 15 of them so far, each with multiple series of emails), watch it do wonders (of course, assuming your website is in right order as well).

I've seen a few other negative reviews here - I just don't understand what's the matter: customer service is top, and the pricing is pretty straight forward (just because some people don't understand the pricing, it doesn't mean it's not clear or a reason for a negative review - and if you can't afford it, just use something else, but it doesn't mean the app is bad).

I just switched over from a different platform. Love it so far! Monthly costs are a fraction of what I used to pay. Platform itself is nearly an identical user experience, making for a seamless transition. I was set-up with two account reps that have helped me transition my account and contacts list. They are awesome and have greatly helped with the account set-up. I have a regular meeting scheduled with a rep moving forward to help me with my account and best practices.

Omnisend has opened doors I had been contemplating entering for a long time. It gave me the tools to communicate with customers in a structured way through email and automation, which has made a real difference in how my brand operates. Excellent for email campaigns and expert staff available to help you with software questions which is MOST IMPORTANT. It doesn't matter how good a system is if you don't know how to use it effectively.
