We have installed CED Channels on Etsy, Amazon, Ebay and Onbuy and I must say they are all excellent. Always quick to reply and help, uploading products is straight forward once you know how to do it. The syncing of product pricing, orders and delivery tracking details works brilliantly and their support when ive had an issue is always very quick. We have a very large catalog which makes the app essential to our business.

Truly awful. Clunky and no-intuitive. Probably works well for a limited store with a few collections and product types. But the main reasons for a rare 1-star review from us are
- [ PRICING TRAP ]. We have a LOT of SKUs but only maybe 10% of them to list on OnBuy, but this doesn't matter to the CedCommerce app. We ended up with 100 or so SKUs live but at the limit of the price plan as it insisted on cataloguing ALL SKUs. A ridiculous policy, we were NOT paying more just for the app to record unnecessary and unused product data. Looking at other reviews we see we are not alone in falling foul of this practice.
- [ IGNORED AND KICKED BY SUPPORT ]. We opened a support chat on this case. The agent acknowledged what we wanted to do then went silent. After 15 minutes waiting with no response we sent a nudge "Is this something that is possible to do? Otherwise we are at our SKU limit with items not intended for the marketplace". Still no response A full 23 minutes later the agent responded "hello" then after 25 SECONDS closed the chat.
It was evident that we were being ignored as the SAME agent replied to an unrelated question support ticket during this time! Rude, evasive and we could not trust this company with our business.
As we can only leave one star, let's look for a positive to deserve that one star....
...the experience led us to re-look at OnBuy integration and we quickly found another which does allow us not to include non-marketplace products in our plan, is so quick and easy to use. It's not listed in the OnBuy integrations but it uses the OnBuy API
The app works great, one of the better marketplace integrations I have used. I had some difficulty understanding how the spreadsheet upload worked but customer service were very helpful. They respond extremely quickly and took their time to fix the issues I was facing on my behalf, as well as talking me through the process and what they had done in a meeting.
Good service.... eventually , they did not understand the issues and would have been better and quicker if they could act like humans and telephone for chat , would have sorted the problem a lot quicker , emails / screenshots are ok for easy problems, but sometimes a chat is better. TERRIBLE APP DONT INSTALL, VERY HARD TO DELETE AND UNSUBSCRIBE AND WHEN YOU CONTACT THEM FOR HELP ON HOW TO DELETE AND UNSUBSCRIBE THEY DONT ANSWER

The tool is fantastic and has saved us a huge amount of time. The customer service is beyond amazing and I have had no issues ever since I started. It was easy to get started and the ongoing support is priceless. i use app to list my product to onbuy .honestly easy to list product, inventory syncing, Orders were automatically copied over to our Shopify store and completed there automatically. Very smooth and easy process. I feel much more confident about using this app moving forward. Fantastic, patient and kind customer service. thank you team cedcommerce.
