Facturation abusive sur une période où je n'ai pas utilisée l'appli.
Malgré mes demandes insistantes de remboursement, je n'ai pas obtenu gain de cause. Alors très déçue !

We're sorry to hear that you were disappointed with your experience. We’d like to clarify that billing for all apps is handled directly by Shopify, and we do not control when or how charges are processed. At the time of your refund request, we had not yet received the funds, which made it difficult to process a return immediately.

Despite this, our team worked to resolve the issue as best we could, and we responded to all your messages promptly and respectfully.

Activecampaign integration not working. Not a good app. I just used it for few minutes and that's it.

Thank you for the feedback, however, we see that you haven't completed your ActiveCampaing integration setup. We understand your frustration; this integration is the most complicated that we have and could take you a couple of minutes to setup.

Turulata, thank you for your question. As of right now, we don't offer a Spanish version of the UI. But you can fully replace the popup texts, which your customers see, using any language. We apologize for the inconvenience.
