Our Store has been using this app since October last year! Everything works as expected and support (Ann) is very responsive. When I don't know how to set up something, she will give clear instructions and even help me set it up. They replied to every suggestion I gave and follow up in a reasonable time period. In a few months, they've added at least 3 new useful features that I know of. Most importantly, this app is good for conversion. It has generated thousands of orders for my store already. I highly recommend this app.

So far, so good! Great 24/7 chat support to walk you through whatever you need! OBSESSED with their pop-up option which was a dealbreaker for my previous provider. Easily trackable data completes the package for me!

I love this app! I think it's very user-friendly. I was using the free option for about 6 months and just recently switched over to the paid version and love all the new features I can explore. I use this app to run my email campaigns. As a new business, I needed something that would scale with me, while providing a great value. Proof Factor does this in spades. Not only is the app loaded with functionality, but the online support team is amazing. I have worked with both Alice and Pauline and each time I walk away amazed. Not only do they fix the issue I am having, but they also did a review of the rest of my settings for optimal usage. I recommend this to anyone just getting started on Shopify to manage their email campaigns!

Definitely takes a few times to get the right person. Naomi was very helpful and she's very knowledgable about the platform. Get you a Naomi! :)
