So happy to discover his app !!!! I wanted to create a 10% discount pop-up for 1st purchase and didn't know if I would be able to do it before launching my website. Sandy Lin was so great to help me ! I've never seen an app with such a professional service on zoom and involvement and kindness. Marketing tools is a complex area and they make it so effective that i think they'll really help me to grow my business like a friendly partner. It's like a dream cause its free too !!! If you don't have this app yet, JUST DOWNLOAD IT. I am a total NEWB with shopify and marketing, but this app has made it so easy and effective on my store. Maya needs a raise, if she hasn't gotten one already. She helped me navigate through some questions, and even followed up with me a day later of her own accord. Amazing customer service. 10/10!!!

For now I just added a little pop up to show my clients what products did the other clients got. I love it and my clients too from their feedback! It's so nice because you can edit and change a lot of settings, and the staff is so helpful and answers right away. All of this for free ! That's great :)

I used this app for email marketing and it works like wonder. Especially with their Customer Support (got assisted by Emily, and she's the best!), they helped me with my technical issue and responded really fast and on point. Such a great experience with the product and customer support as well! Super recommended!

I'm using the social proof campaign. So far so good. Customer service has been spot on. I plan on using some of the other campaigns soon.
