I've only just begun using the app, but I'm giving five stars for the customer support. The people using the chat app were fast and friendly. When they didn't know an answer, they quickly obtained one.

This is an absolutely great app with so many functions and the customer service is very helpful, sweet, and kind! 10/10 recommend

So much functionality, support spent 5 hours with me today creating marketing content for our site. Support is 10X better than all the paid apps i have. This company/App is the right choice.

Pauline was so Awesome helping me with my Pop Up!! Customer Service and Support is everything and they have it for sure!!

I installed this app today. Patricia was such a HUGE help! I was having some issues with starting out. She took her time and walked me through everything that I needed. She has been helping me for the last 2 1/2 hours!! She didn't seem bothered with explaining how the pop up works and which one would work well for me. She was very knowledgeable and has great customer service! I finished setting up my pop up only to figure out it was the wrong one. No worries though Patricia came in and fixed it. She is amazing! If I ever need help again (which I know I will lol) Hopefully I get Patricia and she will help me. Thanks Patricia :)

Just set up the app and now have a pop up for newsletter subscription on my website. It was very simple to do and the support worker who offered suggestions after ward was very helpful.
