They're always willing to help and might I add that this they're response is close to immediate. She did not have to do this but she did. She was very attentive, diligent, kind, and professional. The experience I had with her assisting me was amazing. I really like that this app has everything I need. It's pretty easy to navigate and its easy to customize all of the different apps to my needs. I have been using the pop ups for sold products along with a spin and win rewards pop up program and I think its really helping with my sales.. customer service is quick and helpful, and the people are lovely to deal with.. if you want a one stop shop app for all of your upselling and marketing needs - this is the one.
