Customer service is so great! I really appreciated their help, and all the features seem to be complex, but in a way that will help the business owner best reach out to the client.

Great customer support. Was happy to find that ONE offered live support during non traditional hours. The representative was knowledgeable and efficient in walking me thru steps to optimize a few existing campaigns. Appreciated the assistance!

I am using this app for campaigns to collect E-Mail addresses of customers and its been a great tool since day one. I have had some questions and customisation requests (e.g. custom font), which was implemented within minutes. Their support is amazing! I am still using the unpaid version because I dont have a lot of traffic but if my traffic grew I would be very willing to pay for this app as well :)

So far so good! Installed the APP 2 days ago. I've had some questions and the chat support is AMAZING! They've been super quick to respond and help out. Glad I found it and happy to give a glowing review.

I'm using the email capture popups, visitor counts and recent orders on malinandmizen.com - Hands down some of the best customer support I have ever experienced. Jessica guided me through everything and even helped to provide custom css to completely change a popup. The app itself is easy to use and has great functionality. Highly recommend!!
