ok so this app is soooo bomb! I love it. it is very easy to use but if you so happen to need help support is super helpful and fast. I've had the pleasure of getting help from Natalie and she's a dream. She has a solution for everything. I used SMS Bump in the past and it was confusing to me it also was annoying to connect with another app to have the email opt in with text opt in. This app lets let have email and text opt in together and it's a breeze. I recommend you download this and save yourself time.

Amazing speedy support. A lot of real help. Not just "we ban your sending, bye bye" - but "the issues you have are:1,2,3... This is what you have to do to solve them: 1,2,3..etc". Interface is quite straightforward. I mean I've had some problems finding a button that was in front of my eyes :). Otherwise, I clearly get why these guys have 99.99% of positive reviews. Totally recommend. Full disclosure: I've sent around 2k emails so far. Not used other parts of the service yet, but can't see any future problems arising.

The app is fine, it does have some restrictions but works fine. However, the customer service is really good. I was guided through a change of email/domain for my campaign and it went super fast and great!

I have installed this App for the first time today. At first I felt very overwhelmed but after a short while and after some fantastic and speedy support from the online chat with "Kate", I feel i have gotten to grips. So far my experience has been very good and I highly rate the customer service I have received. I look forward to working with this App more.

Best customer service I have seen on an e-commerce app. They had a real person reach out to proactively suggest best practices and even helped me implement them remotely. Awesome experience so far
