find the app confusing and hard to use, hard to navigate and understand where I am supposed to go next or what to do

Great app and the support is AMAZING! Needed something fixed before I launched and the support did everything to help me.
Such quick customer service. Had a few issues (mostly my fault) and they fixed straight away. Would 100% recommend.
Just needed a custom popup. These guys answered my questions in minutes, and were friendly and helpful to boot. I'm still testing it but so far so good.
