I've used this app for 6+ months and recently added it to a 2nd store. I had a question about having two accounts and Maya, the representative, answered my questions, channeled my suggestion to the right place, and then followed up with other suggestions to help what I was trying to accomplish. I never usually write reviews, but I had such a great experience on here I had to share! Firstly, I am not great with technology of any kind. I created a make-shift Email Marketing Pop Up for my website and an agent called Samantha messaged me on the website's instant chat, and she helped me everything. She was able to send me screenshots, she actually went in and fixed little details that needed to be fixed for me and made sure everything was perfect and to how I wanted it!
