I just installed app and started using it. I've been very pleased so far. The customer service that I have experienced thus far is incomparable to any app or service I have received to date. Time will tell if this continues, but if it does, I do not see a limit for this company. Thanks again!

Their team is extremely helpful. As soon as I set up a campaign, an employee messaged me and went through my campaign settings to double-check everything and then optimized a few things for me. I would recommend.

Customer service is important to me, as I am always working, 7 days a week. I was able to get live help on a Sunday at 2pm MST right away. Great work on providing excellent service to your customers. Also, the products are great

I normally don't leave reviews but Rissa was worth the time! She was AMAZING, patient, understanding and EXTREMELY helpful!! I had so many questions and needed so much help! She remained nice, respectful and calm and we managed to get everything worked out! SHE IS AMAZING!!!!!

I highly recommend this app! They got the best support and software features. AND THEY ARE NOT EXPENSIVE!!! Klaviyo and Omnisend is a complete wack over this app. I will bet my store on this one.

Increible la atención al cliente que tienen en ONE, son rápidos, eficaces y super amables. La APP tiene muchas funcionalidades ya desarrolladas y muchas otras que estan en camino! Nosotros encesitamos una variante de una funcionalidad que ya existía pero no se adaptaba a nuestras necesades ¡y nos la programaron en ese mismo momento!
Solo tengo que buenas palabras hacia ellos. Además el chat de soporte es multilingue y hay videollamadas de tutorial en español totalmente gratuitas que te ayudan a configurar la plataforma paso a paso.
