I have been using this app for quite some time and it works very well and has a lot of great features. Customer service is quick and helpful as well.
Some great features, and very easy to create emails linking in products and setting promotions. However I've just been told I cannot continue unless I upgrade my subscription to $149 per month! It's obscene for what it does. App uninstalled.

Thanks for your feedback and I would like to address your opinion regarding the pricing plan. Previously, we offered an All-in-ONE package which includes all features in the app such as pop-ups, email, sms, AI sidekick and one-click upsell, that’s why the price is slightly higher compared to single-feature apps.
However, we took your feedback into consideration and understand you might not need to use all functions in the app. Therefore, we developed a new Custom plan structure in which you can select and pay for the needed feature only. The price is much more affordable and suitable for users who wish to use only specific features in the app and not all.

good application overall but many problems recently! Settings always require change. Very embarrassing.
I just installed app and started using it. I've been very pleased so far. The customer service that I have experienced thus far is incomparable to any app or service I have received to date. Time will tell if this continues, but if it does, I do not see a limit for this company. Thanks again!

20 October 2023: I've just spoken with Rosie one year later from my earlier review and she went above and beyond to help me. Not only that but she is really nice!
Jessica, Trish and Patricia go above and beyond with not only instructions in set-up, but get in there and fix for me within minutes, as well as offer tips. They seem to be available 24/7 regardless of time zone. My website isn't live yet but so far seriously happy with the App. Not only that, it's free! Highly recommend.
