AI: Upsell—Email—SMS Marketing

This my second year using this app. The first year I used only the sales wheel option which is free and set it up myself it was fairly easy. This year I added email to it which was a bit more complex but worth it and Patricia in customer support was EXCELLENT and patiently walked me through each step. I am seeing results and after Holiday Season am seriously considering the paid options because of her Customer Service. The app integrates well with Shopify and does everything. Can’t wait to see what else it can do.

I am using the ONE app for a coupon campaign, it's allowing me to easily manage a campaign in two languages. I had some problems and contacted their support team who immediately responded and not only fixed my problems, but helped me with other topics. I just downloaded this app to add a pop up to my site and was a bit overwhelmed with all the options as there are so many! However Samantha on the live chat customer service was so helpful and talked me through everything and even checked it over for me before I made it live on the site to make sure everything was all good. The app is great. I'm sure it has many functions that I haven't yet discovered. Being very new to creating a Shopify store, I quickly needed help and their support is on point, fast and very helpful.

Incredible customer service! Patricia is very responsive and Prateek is very helpful. I wasn't happy with one of the automations on my campaign's and Prateek fixed it within a couple of hours. Extremely friendly and responsive!
