Update 22.12.24 - both stores have now been refunded and they are working on a solution to automatically unsubscribe from app after deleting it from store. Currently you have to press a button before deleting app to stop charges from being made post deletion.

good application overall but many problems recently! Settings always require change. Very embarrassing.

Their claim used to be "We offer a Free Forever plan". Reality was that "forever" would have ended very few months later.

At first glance it looks like there are many email templates, but they're created in a way that you can't easily edit key visual elements to match your store's branding. Purtroppo a questa app manca la cosa più importante per l'aumento delle conversioni. Non esiste la possibilità di segmentare il pubblico per inviare campagne personalizzate come ad esempio l'invio di sconti a chi non ha mai effettuato l'acquisto, oppure avere un segmento di clienti vip a cui mandare promozioni speciali.
