I installed this app to help me set a popup menu on my store in Japan. It`s a very nice system that is very easy to use and gives the user a lot of customization control for the look and feel of the popups. It also integrates easily with MailChimp and other platforms. The customer support is instantaneous and spot on with 24/7 support ( I installed this on New Year`s Eve and they were still very quick to reply ). I`d highly recommend this plugin. I`ll probably upgrade to the pro version after a month of testing or so because the prices also seem reasonable for small businesses.

I need the abandone cart email function. This is a very helpful application for me. There are many beautiful templates in it, and the language can also be edited by myself. The customer service Rosy is very helpful to me and guides me carefully. Help with the test, everything is perfect, thanks a lot

I just downloaded this app to add a pop up to my site and was a bit overwhelmed with all the options as there are so many! However Samantha on the live chat customer service was so helpful and talked me through everything and even checked it over for me before I made it live on the site to make sure everything was all good. i just downloaded this app after coming from Privy. I installed it purely based off of the reviews and so far it has not disappointed. The online support, Rosy, messaged me immediately to ensure that I did not require assistance. After creating my first pop-up, Rosy reviewed it and caught mistakes that I did not see. Rosy also added features to the welcome email that I would have never thought of as a new business owner that will ultimately heighten my conversion rates. I am very impressed so far.

I needed a Spin The Wheel app to replace my current one that wasn't working properly. ONE is great and the customer service is even better! They will assist through their onscreen chat the second you have an issue with anything, or if you need any type of customization. I haven't dived into the rest of the app, which I can already tell will replace numerous apps I already have. I am excited to look at all of the features and see what ONE has to offer!
