They have a whole book of helpful web integrations, and while it can be a bit overwhelming at times, they have a great customer support team that answer within seconds and help with anything/everything.

I use this app for a few different reasons, particularly their social proof. I am also trying to use their upsell product. I think they have some good products and I hope they continue to add and improve what they got because I like what they have! Also, their customer support is also good.
