Most features are free, the Chat support system will guide you through everything and make improvements to your store, You are not speaking to a bot customer service is a real person, by far the easiest app to use and the best customer service.

This is the 3rd time I downloaded this app, because I was determined not to late it beat me. The few times I have played with this app it seemed very complicated and seemed that I wasn't getting the attention at hand and help to try and solve the issues and problems that I was having. Until today when I got to work with Lou.

Honestly, best customer service I've had in my life probably. Superb! App is great as well, easy to operate and efficient.
