This app has been with our small business since the launch of our store, and I'm genuinely lost for words at how amazing this app is - it's so much more than just an email marketing app. I'll be here all day if I were to describe how great it is, so just do yourself a favour and try it today. Support is literally ALWAYS on hand to talk to you via their live chat - Over the past 5 or so months, someone has always replied to me pretty much instantly, it's kind of hard to believe. I don't know how they do it but the support they provide is just amazing. Not only have they always helped me fix issues, but they always seem to go a step further by recommending changes and or offering their opinion on any given factor. Sometimes If I ever need a second pair of eyes on something, I'll hop on to the chat and ask what they think and they're always happy to abide! Love these guys!
Superb customer support! The app itself is easy to use, provides great analytics, and the pop-up and newsletter editors are packed with customization features while remaining user-friendly. Can't stress enough how helpful their chat support is!
Very good app! I used this app to include social proof on my store to build customer trust. And this app worked as expected. I have see significant increase in session time and sales on my store. Would highly recommend!

I worked with Sofia to set up a pop up message for our store to let our customers know there was a buy one get one discount available. The customization ability with the pop up message is great!
