I encountered some issues with SMS part and the customer service representative is so helpful and patient. Thanks so much. This app is also easy to use. I will recommend this to our friends with shopify business.

J'ai utilisé cette application pour créer un courriel d'automatisation suite à l'abonnement à une infolettre, j'ai pu la personnalisé je suis très contente, on peut faire tellement de choses et surtout de pouvoir les personnaliser, c'est super. Et surtout merci pour votre support rapide, je suis très satisfaite des résultats.

The initial pricing is indeed for up to 50 customers, as mentioned in our pricing section. For larger customer bases, we offer different plans to accommodate various needs.

For the time being my experience has been amazing. I'm new in e-commerce and had installed a bunch of APPs for e-mail marketing and increase conversion. With ONE app I can do everything I need in a easy way.
I've had the need to contact the live chat 2 times to help me solve 2 small dificulties and the response was fast and clear.
What amazes me even more is the fact that with such app and such support the app has a pretty damn good free plan. with everything I need to start my store. Amazing

Originally I did have a problem with the configuration with MailChimp. But Ann from support was able to fix the problem right away. Now our business can automate the email marketing process, thanks to Ann.

The free plan is applicable if you have less than 1000 unique monthly visitors. So if you're just starting out, experiment with this app.
