Amazing App!!!. Great Customer service! A lot of tools, easy to use. Highly recommended especially for businesses who are starting
I just started using it and had a bit of trouble with the Sales Pop-ups, but Maya in the support team was able to get it fixed and also helped me customize the "Pop-up without Reward" feature to not show the input box.
I used this wonderful plugin to do the promoting jobs on the site. Really easy to use and great customer service they have! Highly recommendation！
I use this app for my pop ups, emails and sms discounts. It was my first time setting my store up and I was to contact Pauline on the chat, she was nothing short of amazing and patient, she even went as far as screen recording steps to make it easier for me. I even had to walk away from the chat for a few and when I got back she was right there. Service is exceptional. :)
very well put together app and operates well also once you learn the in and outs. I needed some help today with inserting an html image and Maya helped me. I did not even have to go into too much detail as she knew what I was talking about straight away. Maya helped with the image and also did a tutorial video for me so I know what to for next time. This is the best support by far
This app is fantastic!! I am so excited about it. Thank you Shopify for guiding me here and thank you to the wonderful support staff at ONE for helping me set myself up. I was looking to add popups to my website and the ONE app adds some that are really neat! And they are fully customizable too. I added my logo and colors and I love the look I achieved. Another thing: the ONE staff gives you QUICK support on DEMAND. They answer their chat immediately. Go for this app! You won't regret it!

This app is literally the best app by far!!! Not only does it have email marketing, sms marketing, pop ups, as well as the analytics to see which of these features work best with your target audience but the customer service has exceeded my expectations and more! This was my first time using this company for such features so I was still getting used to how to create my emails but Noelia was such a huge help. If you are contemplating on whether or not to utilize this app for your company just do it, you will not regret it!!
