Their Customer Support (CS) is phenomenal. I'm surprised by how quickly they reply back, and their (CS) is able to make simple code changes for you. The app integrates with lots of EDM tools and Zapier. The out-of-the-box templates make it easy to get setup.

Customer service tried to help after I was disappointed initially. I didn't download it back though but at least they followed up with me after.

Dear Merchant,

So sorry our customer support representative was not able to resolve the issue with the third-party domain provider. We had a more technical member of our team take a look and seems we found what was going wrong while you were copy and pasting the settings.

Do you mind replying to our email or jumping on a quick call with us? DNS records can be a little tricky to setup. We wish it could be done with one-click.

Looking forward to resolve the issue with you in the morning and making sure you didn't waste your time setting up the emails. Have a good evening!

Wow! I never had better customer support via chat Pauline was AMAZING! we chatted for HOURS, she was my new best friend for the last 2-3 Hours and walked me through each step in completing my wheel :) i can't wait to see the new sales!!! thanks again :)

Wow. This social proof app is incredible. The free plan allows you to use all the features as if paid AND you can connect it with 3rd party sites like Leadpages. I had it set up in seconds and the support team instantly answered my questions (about integrating with Leadpages). 5 Stars is not enough, it deserves 10. (Side note: I've used other expensive social proof apps in order to have my sales from Shopify show up on my Leadpage sales pages and this one is wayyyy better)
