Amazing customer support! I'm always having to work on my website late or on weekends, and I could not believe someone was available through the chat to help me late on a Sunday night. Not to mention, they helped me to customize my pop-up and answered a bunch of questions. So friendly and helpful!
I am pretty new to PF however it is really easy to use and the customer service folks exceed expectations. I added this to my store to offer discounts and capture leads. Makes me look tech savy and cutting edge. So far so good!
The customer service is great and I'm very pleased with the chat that they have. You can get assistance at any time of the day and it's really helpful when I'm working in the middle of the night.
