Just downloaded the app and have found it to be very easy to set up. I had no problems getting everything the way i wanted it. I even accidently clicked the customer support button and got connected with Emily. Emily was able to see that I was customizing my widget for the website and even went out of her way to find the exact color code I needed to get the widget to match my website. Outstanding customer service and already looking forward to using this app.
Ellie is the best supported me through the whole setup process. made it so smooth and easy. highly recommend this app and the customer support it comes with
