I told her exactly what I wanted, gave her access to my Shopify account and she set everything up for me! All I have to do is activate it when I am ready. She took the stress right off my plate and made it happen for me. I highly recommend Ongoing for any small business looking to expand into subscriptions. Someone who is passionate about what they do and what they believe in will always go above and beyond. I installed the app and as we sometimes do, I sat there playing around with it to get it the way I wanted it late one night. The product is brilliant and very easy to implement. What amazed me about this product the most was the support that I received the following morning from Adriana who reached out both by phone and email to assist me in the setup. Not only that she had taken a look at what I had setup and made some personalized recommendations. I wasn't just a customer, I was someone that Adriana has taken a vested interest in to ensure that I got the best from the App. This is unheard of today and left me feeling amazing. Downloaded this subscription app and was instantly surprised by the level of customer support and attention to detail. They provide live support through Intercom chat, which was able to get be through all of my onboarding questions seamlessly. After integrating my store I noticed a theme issue. The developer resolved the issue within a few minutes of me mentioning it(after standard business hours). I am very pleased so far. No concerns.

This app is exactly what I needed! All the other subscription apps were too expensive or focused on monthly refills for staple products, but I wanted a subscription box service for my seasonal candles. Not only does this app come with all the features and adjustable settings I was looking for, the support is AWESOME. When I made a request for a feature the Shopify platform didn't offer yet, Adriana personally reached out to let me know when it was implemented.
