This will be our third year with Ongoing. The app is easy to set up and the subscriptions are playing an important role within our Customer Retention strategy. Adriana is very responsive and flexible and has always tried her utmost to solve any glitches or issues that have arisen. We have recently worked with her to re-word some of the on-site messaging which was done very quickly. She is also open to app development ideas for future. We are happy customers :-).

Best customer service ever! And great app for subscription. I have so many questions at first and they help me step by step.

2026 Update: I had to uninstall the app because it became unreliable. I’ve experienced constant issues over the past few years but tried to work around them, especially with the customer portal. It took over 24 hours to get a response to a single question. My message was seen but went unanswered because no one could help me, which caused me to lose income.
