just started working with Optimonk and so far the support has been fantastic, Chris has worked with me for hours and has been outstanding, also Stephan from email support has been great as well

We've been using this app to create cross-sells and up-sells which are quite complex within our industry and this is the only app we've found which has been able to manage this.

We're also looking at utilising the app to offer bespoke messaging to new / returning users to the site, which currently we're not able to manage.

I've not needed much help from the support team but anything which has been needed has been responded to quickly and answered efficiently.

Amazing app. So professional and clean looking pop-ups unlike some of the other spammy stuff from other apps that I had to uninstall from my store.
I also love the settings - you can configure just about everything in this app. Truly great stuff and so glad it was recommended to me.
