Easy. Quick. Intuitive. Unlike the other 'sales popup' apps, this one just understands what you need. Also - Sara from their team helped us at every step. We highly recommend.

Took a look a bunch of different opt ins, decided on optimonk.
Great UX and easy to configure, I also like the Campaign function to let me set up different popups to use at different times of the year

I use this app to help me with email campaigns and I couldn't be happier! They reply extremely quick with any questions you have in order for your campaign to perform its best. Will definitely be using Optimonk to continue to build my store!

We've been using this app to create cross-sells and up-sells which are quite complex within our industry and this is the only app we've found which has been able to manage this.
We're also looking at utilising the app to offer bespoke messaging to new / returning users to the site, which currently we're not able to manage.
I've not needed much help from the support team but anything which has been needed has been responded to quickly and answered efficiently.
